Nurses Leading in Disaster
Do you know a nurse that has had a leadership role during a disaster? If you do have that nurse submit their story and we will post it so others can engage in discussion. We have only a few simple guidelines:
- Provide your name, credentials, place you worked during the disaster.
- Tell the story without throwing anyone under the bus. It is about helping others learn and not criticizing those who tried.
- Try to limit it to 1-2 pages.
- I rarely edit, but sometimes make minor grammatical or formatting changes.
